GENERAL
- FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. You can see your slot on Trello.
- I have the right to accept or decline a commission request for any reason.PAYMENTS
- Payments must be made in full upfront or a 50% deposit may be required before starting the commission, with the remaining balance due before delivery of the final artwork.
- Prices are subject to change based on complexity and deadlines, but once agreed upon for a commission, the price will not be altered
- Processing fees will be added to the final price.REFUNDS
- The client may cancel the commission before work begins for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided once the commission has started.
- If I, the artist, must cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.REVISIONS
- I will provide updates during the creation process (you can also view them on my Trello).
- Maximum of three minor revisions are allowed during rendering phase. There will be additional charges for 4 or more revisions. Make sure to request for major revisions during sketch phase.
- Once the artwork is completed, only minor revisions are permitted. Any major revisions will be subject to additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The commission can take about 2-4 weeks depending on my availability and the complexity of the commission.
- The artwork will be sent through a Gdrive link or through gmail.
- Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- As the artist, I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display the artwork on my portfolio, social media, or other platforms unless otherwise agreed.
- DO NOT claim the artwork as your own, redistribute for commercial purposes, or modify the artwork without consent.COMMUNICATION
